WE WILL SEND YOU A DESIGN PROOF BEFORE ANYTHING IS SENT TO PRINT.

Our Matte white candle tins showcase your brand, and reward your clients. These candles make a perfect giveaway as they will sit in your clients home, and they will be continually reminded of YOU! We hand pour every soy candle on premises, using only the finest soy wax and fragrance oils. Each order is unique to us, so tell us exactly what you’re after and we will custom make a design just for you.

The candles burn for 15 hours and give off a heavenly scent. Cotton wicks come standard in our beautiful candle tins.

The Stickers are printed on highly durable vinyl. White vinyl is the most commonly used, as all colours show up very well. We print any colour or graphic. Clear vinyl is see through and works very well on white backgrounds with dark text, or on dark backgrounds with white ink (YES, we print with white ink!). The additional cost for clear vinyl is $0.25.

Lead Time

The average lead time is three weeks, although we recommend ordering as soon as you are ready. There are often unforeseen circumstances and extra seasonal wait times that affect the timing of your order. If you would like your order constructed at a later date, just add this to the notes section of your order.

If you do have an urgent order, please contact us first and we will make sure we can expedite your order.

Shipping

We ship Australia wide for every product in our store. We use Fastway Couriers and TNT Australia which gives you full tracking of your order and requires a signature upon delivery.

Different time limits apply, but as a general rule please allow an additional two to three days for shipping if you are located in or near a populated area (East Coast, Vic & Adelaide).

International orders are available for test tubes only through the online store. Please message us to organise any other product to be shipped outside of Australia.
